Anybody working in northern Alberta I see lots of ads for the oil projects.
Want to know what is it like living up there in Fort McMurray, and what the money is like?

Syncrude and Suncor are always looking for good electricians. They always seem to be expanding. I used to work there, stayed on site in camp, went home on weekends. I didn't like working away from home, but the money is on the high side of the pay scale. I now do commercial electrical work in central Alberta, there is lots of work all year round.
