Multi-family dwelling feeders sizes

Does 310.15 (B)(6) apply to multi-family dwellings or does it only apply to single-family dwellings? The way I read it is as long as the service is single-phase, #4 copper can be used to feed a 125amp main lug only panel in a multi-family dwelling.

Right?
