Well,
It hasn't happened here yet, but I'm willing to get this in before anyone else does.
New Zealand is the first place in the world to see the New Year, save the Chatham Islands, which is part of NZ anyway.
I'd like to wish everyone and anyone that has has had a part in ECN over the last year, a very good year ahead.
