You'll love this one. I got a call to one of our new Elementary schools. It just opened last Sep. The complaint was that the magnet that held the fire door open was falling out of the wall. I got there and found this set up: a deep wiremold box on the wall with the magnetic coil attached to it. The entire assembly as well as the box it was attached to was falling out of the wall. I took the magnet off, took the wiremold box off and found a handy box extention (with no other box) in the wall and it was held in the wall with spray foam. The door weighs about 100 pounds and has a hydraulic closer to pull it shut. I guess they needed stronger foam. Needless to say I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of the installation. Sorry I didn't have my camera, this was one for the records.
