I've found it terrible, but maybe interesting to all of us:
(about Hungary)
Between Oct and Nov 2004 84 persons gave information about the followings: 4000 poles was controlled, (~320km line) 520 birds of 45 species was found dead beside the poles. Many of them are protected.
Some actions took place but the situation is still very bad.
