As I understand it, the current MA law allows anyone to install telecommunications wiring, i.e. phone and networking. No license is required. The new laws will require a license for this. Further this will be a separate license from the current A, B, C and D categories. However, holders of these licenses will be grandfathered and therefore allowed to do (continue to do)telecommunications wiring under their existing A, B, C or D license. Have I got this right? Is this legislation pending or is it now law? BTW, I like it, thanks for the info
