Mho is that friends are friends and biz is biz.
If she can afford the work and it needs to be done,she'd have to pay someone else to do it.
If she can't afford it,and it's unsafe,I've done more than one freebie,or maybe for material costs for folks on a fixed income,that I knew couldn't afford it.
