They used to give them to me free or do them themselves with a hi press, now just like meter pans you have to buy them at the supply house, they require a Richards Paralell groove connector, with a plastic cover about $14 at my supply house.
We do have to buy wire, and high density plastic pipe from them, they are not letting anyone else supply these items yet. They are the absolute worst company to deal with, ut of the four utilities I deal with they suck bigtime.
