The argument is about the common practice of installing the power and low-voltage control wires in the same raceway, such as the seal-tight to feed an AC unit.
I say this practice is wrong, based on 725-52(a). ('99 NEC)
Those I have argued with say it's ok, as long "the wires have the same insulation." (no code reference provided.)
