Do you pay extra for your crews who spend all week away from home???
We have jobs that are local and others that require travel over a 3 state area. Our current situation is that the company pays; for motel, meals, and provides a truck and gas. The problem is that no one wants to travel. How do you handle this situation?
If we have to pay an additional per diem for travel it gets harder to compete.
I'm interested in hearing how you have handled this situation and the results you got.
