Yeah, that's
quite disturbing given the target market.
Here in Australia (and Europe) our fan heaters from reputable manufacturers (Kambrook, De'Longhi etc.) use
much stronger frames which won't break this easily. (Although I'm quite sure there's not such a difference among the cheap generics which of course typically use the same casings worldwide; just with different elements, fan motor, and cord basically.)
