Let's try to chat, consider the design challenges, and not try to play lawyer. "Ask the inspector" is a cop out - just where do you think he will go for enlightenment? (I hope it's here!)
In shared spaces, defining a specific "area" can be a challenge. Again, the motive for this thread ... how do you distinguish areas?
