If you are fully booked all the time and have no growth desires, then my answer is maybe, maybe not. If you like getting more work at a large percentage of your jobs, then it is a great way to achieve that. You can expect about 30-40 percent upsell (you know- change orders/ extra's ) that sort when they are able to charge it. Done right, the expenses are not hard to build into the job, but that has to be done indirectly.
