I am sure there are good, competent, and energetic engineers out there. I just haven't run across any of them.
I cannot begin to calculate the hours I have spent correcting errors made by $300/hr idiots who basically phone it in. Sure, I bill for my time, and work is work, but I always feel bad for the client.
Here's the kicker: They CHARGE the client to correct their mistakes.
