Could anyone please inform me,
as to how a public telephone system,
actually works, I have been brought up on
the old system, with 3wire equipment,
but now we have Category 5 Enhanced,
cabling, for normal phone circuits.
Could anyone (Paul), please help.
I have heard a lot about tip and ring,
but I do not know what these terms mean.
HELP, Please.
