Got some pics of some nasty wiring I found in a crawlspace. I don't think I can post them myself. There are 5 x100a feeds and 4x 60a feeds for townhouses ran in EMT to flex that was buried running under a street. One tenant lost power and another complained about not having a ground - this is what I found - all live!
