I got a call to one of our regular customers, a large super market chain.

It seems a printer in the mangers office was not working, they had their IT subcontractor in to look at it and the IT people said it was a bad cable.

That is our job, run the cables from patch panel to outlet.

I would like to say this is unusual but I have been to maybe 70 of the stores and most are like this or worse.

The Company I work for has nothing to do with the work between the patch panels and the piles of equipment you see.

We are also never allowed to pull out old cabling as they "might want to use it again"
