A better shot (below) of the fuse carriers and circuit breakers. For some reason the right most breaker's been installed without its base, exposing the bus bar(?!?). The three 2.5mm wires attached have melted at point and appear charred. Its such a comforting thought, as I sit here in my room at my computer, which is fed from this panel

An example (below) of one of the coin meters and fuse boxes that are
installed in each of the rooms. The coin pan has been removed from the meter (it would have originally sat under the coin slot and fastened with a padlock). The small two carrier fuse box has a 15A (Blue) and a 5A (white)(removed) carrier.
