Recently we installed a new circuit that shares a 60 amp disconnect with another circuit. Right now the 60 amp disconnect has 30 amp fuses. The wire size going to the other ciruit is #10. My new circuit is going to a jib crane with a FLA of 1 Amp. I ran #12 wire and installed 1 8/10 fuses on a secondary disconnect that is closer to the jib crane. I would like some input as to whether the #12's I ran are safe with the main disconnect having 30 amp fuses since my new disconnect for the circuit I installed has 1 8/10's fuses installed downstream? Thanks for the great input on my last question and any help on this one would be appreciated as well.

Tap rules must be followed when overcurrent protection is not provided at the "start" of a circuit, 240.21.

Does your installation meet all requirements of any part of 240.21(B), specifically look at (2).
