Can someone explain to me how to use the table shown in 725.41? I have never had to use it and I don't completely understand it. Looks weird to me

OK, I looked in the Handbook...and I have to agree with you.....wierd!

As all the info in the boxes and ovals sure looks the same....what's the deal???
