Were in the code book does it explain what type of structures require conduit. Such as offices,small retail store's ,. Ive rackeddddd my brain!!!
I found assembley places but i dont think that applies or does it?

Stan,
The only limitation placed on cables is to be found in the separate articles, such as NM limited to so much height, etc.. No article limits other cables, even places of assembly allow MC cables.
