Maybe the gizmo that they sell is a battery and a capacitor?

Now that's funny. How much potential? This brings to mind those old foil-lined gag books called, "The Joy of sex" and the like. You open them up and a spring contact vibrates, interrupting battery current into a trigger coil. Not quite the joy I was looking for.
