Guys,
I (as a few know here now) have gone back to Industrial work.
But, I have been found wanting in the area of Pneumatics (as in Air Operated systems), I did a course in pneumatics, years back as a part of my Electrician's apprenticeship, but, if you never use that knowledge, chances are you will forget anything in place of things that are more important, like Electrical Safety.
I have a HUGE amount of respect (more than electricity) for pneumatic rams and similar equipment, I have seen this sort of gear take off not fingers, but limbs, to the un-wary.
I take it there are also new symbols since 1989, for valves and the like.
Does anyone know of a good refresher site?.
Cheers,
Mike.
