Iam slightly confused by the new 34 hours needed in NJ to renew. Is the state saying that if you got your lic. in the 2003-2006 period you are not required to take the 34 hours until the 2009 renewal or do you have to take 22 hours if you recieved lic in 04, 10 hours if you recieved in 05?

...I'm kinda in the dark about this as well,..I got my licence in '02 in N.J.,and although I didn't have to take it(I found out later,)I took the 24 hour course (then it was only 24hr,not 34)and was told that I may take 10 hrs off THIS code class and only have to do 24hrs...?? The best thing to do in this case is to call the Board in Newark, and ask them...

You can do brain surgery in jersey without a 34 hour requirement, but not electrical work, so i think we need to check on those prices for brain surgery, and do some serious rate increases for our work. [Linked Image]
