Can any of you positively identify this switch gear (manufacturer, series, type etc.) http://www.trilogy4.com/mike/panels

I could really use your help on this. Thanks in advance.

Looks like older SqD, but cant be sure. You might have to get close ups of the handles and other items, or for that matter, open it up, maybe something inside wasn't painted blue. Its a tough one!
