Naah.. Sorry, but the "beat" generation (late 1950's- early 1960's), the Existentialist movement (1850-1880), and the ancient Greeks have all considered whether or not "reality" as we know it is truly objective, truly subjective, or some combination thereof, and by what standard we should judge it. Most recently we've seen that concept in "the Matrix" series.

The whole "Existence preceding essence" thing?
