I wonder if the DL-1000 Electro Range they describe is wired three-phase wye. If I make my pancakes with currant berries the triplen harmonics on the neutral should enable them to be cooked approximately 1.73 times faster, right?

Sorry, folks, I know it's a groaner- but I just couldn't resist.
No wire bias here- I'm standing on neutral ground.
