I just installed a new pool pump motor and the old grounding wire is not long enough to reach the new motor.How can I fix this problem?Thanks

Are you referring to the bonding of the motor to the bond grid required by code? If you are talking about this, then you can slice the conductor, using approved splices, such as split bolts or a crimp connector.
