I am in rural Central NY (30 miles South of Syracuse)for the summer and want to bid the rough in on a new 2000 sq ft two story house.
I would know how to bid this in Central Fl but up here I am not sure.I have heard that the rates in this area are not as high as in Fl.
Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe further definition will prompt a reply.
There are 135 power outlets(duplex, cans, fans, switches, etc.)and 15 low voltage outlets(phone, network, sat TV,cable,etc.).Twenty spaces in the panel(out of 40)are for 240 volt stuff like water pump, water heater, range, septic pump, septic digester and 15 spaces are for general 120 volt lighting,AFCI,GFCI and duplex circuits.
Also included are the under ground service(30feet) stuff.
