I think I know what you are talking about,
Industrial Controls and related equipment.

The rockwell automation link is no good. The allen-bradley link is actually Rockwell too, since it's the same company. That site is great, lots of good info. Check out the "Manuals Online" section on the left menu. Lots of good reference material, diagrams, etc.
