Are they required on just outlets (recept)in the described locations or on lighting outlets too.(ceiling fixture /recess lites) also is their any exception for single outlets for a cellar applance...

210.12, Has been accepted in it's entirety. As of 24.00/1-1-2008.

ALL 120 Volt, single phase, 15 and 20 AMP ckts..

I was hopeing you were going to answer with cord cap connections only. thank you for the welcome bay stater I'm not on very much my computer doesn't like this site so i'm using my wifes comuter. and I don't type very good or fast
