If you haven't been alerted to the Energy Independence and Security Act, passed in late '07 and going into effect Jan 1, '09, Hadco Lighting has a little handout available at:

It's basically just a run down of the Act as it affects Metal Halide Ballasted fixtures, but it gives you an idea of the price hikes and changes coming soon.
