I have run across several Estimating Books through the years, still have one I refer to mostly. For you younguns, there was a time we didn't do this on a computer, imagine that. Anyway, our Construction Manager got himself A book and thinks it is THE ONE we should go by. At least he is now changing whole systems instead of picking out just the part that gives him more labor hours. Just for the record, what book do you use? Would like to know if he is really right and that the one he has is THE BOOK. This is for commercial estimating.
Thanks
