Whats with all of the battery recalls lately? I had to send in 3 computer batteries for my laptop pc (I'm happy they were not holding a charge any more so I got new ones) but at the same time I'm shocked (No Pun intendeded) that these things can slip though QC

Cramming too much power into too small a package...

...And the 'cheap, I gotta save 3¢" factor.
