Thanks for that story!.
Sounds pretty serious.
With the account given by the guy from the YMCA, the worker is lucky to be alive, judging by the severity of the explosion.
However, I fail to see how the worker contacting a power line would cause such a violent explosion?, maybe I'm having a bit of a blonde moment.
