WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Cracker Barrel Old Country Store┬«, of Lebanon, Tenn., is voluntarily recalling about 27,000 motion lamps. Approximately 6,400 of those lamps were sold to consumers. Wires near the light's socket can become exposed, posing a risk of electric shock or electrocution to consumers.
There have been no reports of incidents or injuries. This recall is being conducted to prevent the possibility of injury.
The recall involves the Pumpkin and Snowman model motion lamps. The ceramic lamps have liquid-filled globes that become warm and the heat moves the glitter inside.
