Cool!

On a side note...

How much traffic does ECN and the forum section receive? Just curious...

I'm embarrassed at my lack of recent (read- any) updates on my site... If I'm still in first place, I haven't earned it...

Virgil,

It's hard to quantify the forum section itself as each page is tallied separately. The FREE websites area (500 sites) is not included in our traffic reports at all as that is something totally separate. (not even on the same servers)

We don't have counters on the other entrance pages (Electrician-finder.com, Electrical-Supplies-Finder.com, etc.) So I don't know exact #s but I'll try to quantify the rest properly. Traffic-wise the average is around 3,000 visitor sessions per day. (each visitor, no matter how long they are here or how many pages they see are only 1 session. To be counted again they must come back more than a half hour later.)

Average around 1500 different users (unique visitors) and some 500 or so that return multiple times per day. (some more than 10 times)

These numbers do spike up sometimes (weekdays are busier) but these are about the average.

As far as first place for the FREE Webs, I only have reports on a day to day basis as far as traffic goes. I don't trust the traffic #s they have anyway, but in most cases I think that your site has been in the #1 position most times when I've looked.

Wow! That's quite impressive!

Do you have an idea of the number of forum members, "active members" and/or "charter members"?

Any idea of the number of "lurkers" (members who have never posted, but view pages regularly...)?

ECN is a whole lot bigger than I probably suspect!

Virgil,

I wouldn't consider anyone as being a "Lurker". That suggests someone that is doing something wrong. People that come here and read without posting are just interested observers.
