The Article on my recent trip to Boston for Fiber Optics Training is now available at the CEE Website.

In the print version it is titled \"Old Dogs Can Learn New Tricks\"

well, my bro ( younger dog that me, but no pup) did learn this new trick. we recently watched a video on termination together. Looked like nice clean work to me, nothing of over bearing technical concerns. ( spoken as a layman of course)

He later informed me that Boston area technicians were being solicted up here to Vermont to make more in one day than i do in a week...that part i did hear loud & clear

Sparky,

It's not really that hard to understand. The Fusion Splicer was my favorite thing! (About $25K I think). Wouldn't be great to be able to carry your "tools" with you on the front seat in an Attache Case? Work sitting down at a table in a well lit, temperature-controlled environment?

Pinch Me, I'm Dreaming again!
