It seems that yesterday (Mon. 2/26/01) some users encountered a problem in the Bookstore at the shopping cart, an error message denying access or something like that. I haven't discovered the cause yet but I believe it is working now. It only seems to affect some people.
If anyone wants to let us know if you had problems and if it is working now We would appreciate it. Or if you could give it a test and let us know that would be great!. (don't worry, you're not buying anything if you haven't filled in your Credit Card info.) It would have been at the point after you click on something to "add to cart" or "view cart" And, if you could include what browser you are using if you know (Aol 5.0, Aol 6.0, Explorer 5, Netscape ... etc) that would help.
