Does anyone out there know what kind of Electrical Safety codes that are in place in Panama? I have a project starting down there and I am not sure if they follow a set of their own codes or if they adopted the codes of another country. If anyone has any information or a contact in Panama where I could locate this information I would really apprieciate it.

Have you tried the Panamanian Embassy to see if they can put you in touch with the appropriate department?

I've found some embassies to be very helpful, others to be almost useless, but it's worth a try.

I can't find a website or e-mail address, but the Panama Embassy in the U.S. is at:

2862 McGill Terrace, NW, Washington DC 20008

Telephone: (202) 483-1407
