I'm not sure what to make of this:
http://www.contactum.co.uk/wireless_info.htm

Is this an undated April 1st joke or will the long line at the unemployment office soon be filled with electricans?

My old Inupiat-English dictionary says “Mutcatnoc!” [spelled backwards] roughly translates to “Idiot who tried to leap over Hungry Polar Bear.”

This concept sounds a little too wierd for my liking!.
Re-wire a whole house in 15 minutes?, there must be some sort of catch.

Calm down!
I don't think we are all about to be out of a job.
The ad referred to in that Contactum link appeared in the March or April 2002 edition of Professional Electrician magazine, around April 1st.
Does that give you any clues?
