Hi there, I was just following the instructions that some members gave me (thanks a lot!!!)when I lost all contacts with my printer. Strange isn't it?
Now when I go to "control panel" and click on "printers and faxes" nothing happen. I then try to print a document but again nothing. And now every time I switch on my computer, a message named:"spoolsv.exe" comes, which says:
The instruction at "0x7c91347e" refenced memory at "0x00e9d29c". the memory couldn't be read

I would start by removing all of the printers/faxes from the control panel\system and reinstalling them. That might refresh the spool files. You may end up doing a slip install of windoze.

Windows seems to have a lot of trouble with device drivers.

I'd go with the same advice as a first step: Uninstall, then re-install the printer driver.
