Scott,
I know you have discussed Reg-Lag (Regulated Lag) type ballast in previous day. Can you tell me more detail about how this type transformer works? Is Reg-lag ballast a constant voltage transformer or constant current transformer? Is the capacitor winding to make lamination core saturation?
