What are some of the methodeds used out there for bidding new commercial construction? Do most of you bid new commercial and new industrial the same way?

We bid commercial based on the prints and specs submitted; do our take-off's and apply OH, & % of profit.

Industrial is basically the same methods.

Design/build is a little easier; the take-off process is eliminated as we do the prints and spec.
