I seem to recall this picture from sometime in the past.

Apart from the obvious "neat and workmanlike" aspect, is there a clearance violation for the weatherheads next to the fire escape?

Is this an area where the utility went from overhead to underground lines & had to refeed the building? I've seen some pretty bad looking installations in areas around here where this has happened... But nothing like this! Where do the lines that end up along the building go to off the left of the pic? The upturned sweep on the end of the conduit is sure to make this into a drainspout at the other end of the run!
Or wait, is this being fed from the left??
