Are those holes raceway or cable openings?
That is a approved enclosure.
I think I have seen Don point out that the wording was changed in 110.12(A) leaving a hole
in the requirement to close up breaker spaces.
Is this getting addressed in the 2005 code?
Common sense, pride, liability all come to my mind as reasons to fill these spaces.
The inspectors should have a rock solid article to cite for this.
How would this effect an OHSA fine?
Isn't OHSA based on the NEC for the electrical issues?
