Any other CO licensed electricians out there? If so. Our licenses expire Feb 05.
Wonder if anyone has received their renewal exam? I have not, and remember getting the exam before the end of December.

Thanks,Kent

I haven't seen it yet. I will ask the local state inspector tomorrow to see what the status is. Check back tomorrow.

The State should be sending the tests out after the New Year. If you don't have your's by the end of January, you had better start calling the State's office.

Last time there was a problem in the mailings, and a lot of Master's tests were sent to wrong addresses, resulting in a delay.

I just received my renewal (postmarked Jan. 20th). License expires Feb 28th. Test & license renewal can be done online, by contacting the State at at (303) 894-7441 or click here and click on "Search the Automated Licensure Information System Online - ALISON"

Renewal is $48 for masters

Too funny Rick. I logged on to see if any other CO masters wanted to compare answers. I completed mine (Paper form.) yesterday.
1. C
2. D
3. A
4. B
5. C
6. A
7. A
8. D
9. C
10.B
11.B
12.C
13.B
14.D
15.C
16.D
17.C
18.A
19.B
20.C

I did look up all of the code articles. The only one I am a little unsure of is #4.

A word of warning for all the lazy test takers out there. Colorado's master's tests consist of 4 different test, so using the above answers may cause you to fail your test.

The whole purpose of this renewal test is to get you to open up your code book. It's not to run you out of business. Take alittle time to look for the answers in your book.

PS. Kentvw, to really mess with people's mide, edit your answers to be completely wrong, at least until the time period is up.

Rick, I understand how you feel. However, are you sure there are four tests? The past couple of renewals I have checked with several other masters on our test. All the Masters were the same.........

I would never hang my masters licence on someone else's answers.

Tell ya what, I did not post my test # and won't. I also did not post code articles or calculations.

I agree with the go take the test yourself part.

Oh, Along the same lines. We get the test in the mail right? So I take the time to look up the answers and write them down. So then I log onto the web site to take the test on-line. Am I going to see a different test? Does not make sense.

Last issue. Keep in mind that the IEC has a "check your answers" day at their building. I have also found answers posted on-line. So if there is a lazy factor out there......Well then there are ways to let that happen.
