While searching flickr for a friends vacation pictures that he assured me were up there somewhere I ran across this while drowning in a bazillion vacation pictures from people I didn't know. I dont know who this poor girl is, but I hope she doesn't lean back any further...
I never did find my friends picts, but this was much more interesting. I'm guessing it's a rental property on the beach, that couldn't be live could it?

Very close. good find though.

Obviously there is no power in that batch. it doesn't look like this meter has been bypassed. the mains side could well be alive.
imagine the steel chair frame shorting phase to case

Flickr.
It is handy when you have the user name to do a search or, the name under what the photo's are listed

edited for typo's

Unless my eyes are deceiving me, it looks like there may be a glass cover there, another guess is thats it is being installed, notice neutral lug is sans conductors.

What's that twist-lock photocell for (to the right of her head). That one looks like it was made back in the 1950s or 1960s. (I used to have one like this as a kid from the local power company. It was on the light in front of my old house)

I see the plastic cover as well, here is a close up of a meter with the plastic cover.

I'm hoping that the lack of rust or corrosion on that equipment (the meter can ) means that this is a brand new service, not hooked up yet.

Shame on you Webmaster for not showing the entire picture...
