This pic was taken at the same junkyard that THESE came from. The Cord feeds a "can machine" @240V.3Ø. The cap & connector are 30A 125/250V rated devices.

Is the cord going underground?

Was going to be smart and say "At least it HAS a plug and connector", then I noticed the wire nuts. "DOHH!!!"
