Picture # 1 shows a normal 30 amp dryer recptacle with 3 wires going into the receptacle. Then someone decided that they needed a 120 volt receptacle below it. So they took 3 more wires out of the dryer receptacle and brought them down to a new receptacle in a 4" square box below the original dreyer recptacle. There was no cable used, just individual wires from the 30 A dryer recpt. to the 120 volt recpt. below. I would have taken more pictures but the camera's battery went dead.
